Building a global, client (customer and consultant) platform. Responsibilities included:  Building a business case and presenting to Chairman of the Board, establishing the requirements, determining the best technology platform and leading the team responsible for the build and deployment of the platform.

Change Management Lead on a variety of projects focusing on ensuring adoption of any business process or technology changes. These roles often included setting and delivering the training and communication strategies.

Working with your teams to document and optimize your business processes.  From Sales to the end-to-end candidate recruitment processes. Examining the process flow from CRM to ATS to HRIS/Back-Office Systems.

10+ Bullhorn ATS/CRM and BullhornOne implementations. Optimizing or establishing CRM and ATS processes and building the Bullhorn platform to support those processes.

Analysis based on business strategy.  Identify gaps and phased approach to prioritize the investment and resources required to achieve business objectives. 

Helping clients integrate their recent acquisitions.  Identifying the value-add processes and technologies from the acquisitions that should be merged into the common, organizational processes and technology stack.
